MPEO is dedicated to empowering the culturally marginalized Manjo people, bridging the gap between their community and broader society. Through education, collaboration and advocacy, and community-driven initiatives, we strive to foster a society where the Manjo people are respected, included, and empowered to thrive.

Our vision is a world where the Manjo people are celebrated for their rich cultural heritage and have equal access to opportunities, resources, and representation in society. We envision a future where the Manjo community is recognized as an integral part of the cultural tapestry of our society, where their voices are heard and their contributions valued.

Inclusivity: We believe in creating an inclusive society where the voices and needs of the Manjo people are recognized, respected, and integrated into decision-making processes.

Cultural Respect: We honor the unique cultural heritage of the society where  Manjo people live .This cultural heritage has to  strive to promote inclusivity  and unity for each member of the society.
